Optimism

Is the glass half-full? I have been thinking about the idea of optimism. Is your life better when you are an optimist? I'm not sure, but it seems that if you make an effort to see things in the best possible light then you will be more content with life. Take for example the people of Bhutan. They are 8th on the list of 178 countries Subjective Well-Being. I think it's always better to have a positive outlook on life. Well, in Bhutan you can't help but be happy when surrounded by such beauty.
